RE: Inclement Weather for the Rest of the Week, January 15-16, 2009

In the event we need to close schools on Thursday, January 15, 2009 due to inclement
weather, high school semester exams will be moved from Thursday to Monday, January 19.

In the event of a late start on Thursday, January 15, 2009, high school semester exams for periods 7 and 5 will continue. The exam for period 3 will begin at the normal start time on Monday, January 19, with a modified schedule the rest of the day.

If we close on Friday, January 16, 2009, high school finals will be cancelled for the day and rescheduled for Monday, January 19.

If we have a late start on Friday, January 16, 2009, high school semester exams for periods 6 and 8 will start later that day after the delay.

If high school semester exams are cancelled on both Thursday, January 15 and Friday, January 16, the Thursday exam schedule will be followed on Monday, January 19 and Friday’s exam schedule will be followed on Tuesday, January 20.
